How do you play Germany?

what is it with the developers of this game that here we are in FM 2014 and (roughly) 19 FM's later and we still cant play it as Manager of Germany, is it jealousy of the fact that Germany can win things where as England cant?!...is there anyone out there that can tell me if there is a way i can play as the Manager of the German National Team please?
Or even just put them in to the game so they are at least playable.

There is a file somewhere on the net, can't remember where, you'd have to Google it, and it fixes the German national team issue and calls up actual players as opposed to regens, i'm pretty sure the change allows you to manage them as well, but you have to start a new game for all this to take effect.
