How do you play your back 4?

So obviously different situations call for different back 4 positions and roles, but how do you play your back 4 in standard, even odds matches?

2 CDs and 2 FB/WBs?
3 CDs and a SW?
3 CDs and a DM (or two?)

How about roles? Do you play stopper-cover, or two central defenders? Do you play a SW on Libero? Or a DM as an Anchor?

Just curious how everyone else plays their back 4!

I use the Nike tick, with a stopper and a cover as my center halves, cover - 6 clicks, stopper - 8 clicks, fullbacks - 10 clicks.

I play with 2 FB and 2 CD. 1 CD is Stopper and the other one is Cover.

2CB's 2FB's. Sometimes one DM, normally it's 2 in the middle, one set to DM or box to box/playmaker, and the other CM
