how do you set up your own league?

i play fm 2010 and have never known how to set up your own league?! could someone please help me

yeah i seen it just after i did this lol but i still dont understand all of it lol ive done what t says but then i dont no how you set up a league andhow people join?! do i just start a new game like u normally would? then give the the other peopl who want o join our ip address and password?
