How do you stop long throw-ins?

I've got both Cesar Azpilicueta and David Luiz in my team and they just keep launching the ball into the box and the defence always win it, break away and score. I've got throw-ins set to short, players coming short to the throw and passing set to short, so how the **** do you stop it? Anyone know????

other than what you've already said you doing, set someone who has rubbish long throw stats to take them
