Hi! Three month ago I started play FM12 and still feel amazing about all game structure. All small detail are included - morale, more than 20 skills per each player, pre- and post- game interwievs and.. and...
My strategy is start with very unpopular team in low leages and cut out from "underground" and may be some other clubs see my abilities and i could change clubs to better and better. I started recently with Gunnilse IS (Sweden leage) and win second division. First is not so easy, but i think i will sit there for lilte time.

1) One think I don't understand - Training
What I need to look If I want to train players?
For Example defenders- correct position, training schedule I get it , but what else? need to watch normal trainers?
