How i edit a new league

Hello i play usualy in Liga 1 Romania and i was wondering can i edit a new League like Liga 3 ?

I'm pretty sure what you would do is replace the teams with the league you want to play, with a league in the same country you do not want too play?

Like, On startup of the game, select playable leagues >> Romania > Liga 1 & 2

Then in the database editor (Start > SI > FM 09 > Editor ) Go to the Liga 2 and write down all the teams in the liga 3, and then search for them and replace the teams..
