How i see Barcelona playing

Well i see barcelona playing something like 4-1-2-1-2.With Messi as a Trequartista coming from the second line and setting up goals as well as scoring.How i see the tactic:
Sweeper Keeper
FB CB CB FB
Anchor Man
Deep Lying PM Advanced PM
Trequartista
Advanced FW Deep Lying FW

So my problem is:i dont know how to incorporate WBs in my team i want them to be like this
CB CB
WB Anchor Man WB
and i want them to deffend properly like FBs.They always are dribbled when i play them like this and i receive lots of goals because they let wingers cross.One more problem is that I often see my Trequartista very close to my striker.They are like 1-2 metters away very often.How do i make my Trequartista help the player in possesion, get the ball and drive it to my strikers?
