How many games are considered first team football?

How many games does a player need to play in order NOT to complain about lack of first team football within a season?

My season consists of 34 league games, 8-12 champions league games, 7-9 cup games.
Total should be 49-55 games approximately.

Most often its players around 19-21 with cheap contracts who complain. A 25+ player with 100k p/w and no ambition wont care if hes on the bench every game.
Bought Lamela for 55m, 200k contract, played well the first two seasons. Now he is just terrible even for the reserves, he just dont care anymore, constantly complacent no matter how much you yell at him.
