How many RAM I really need to Run (without lags) FM2019

usually I play several leagues with max players # 25000

at the same time I use extended monitor for web/youtube/video watching (so I have 2 screens active- one for game, second for other stuff)

what RAM size is recommended to have proper speed in the game? 8GB? 16 GB?

NVIDIA GeForce MX150
SSD M.2 PCIe

It's more CPU bound, not sure RAM makes a huge difference
