How much did you pay for FM?

I have been trying to find a cheap place to get FM 2011 and so far the best I've found is greenmangaming.com http://www.greenmangaming.com/games/football-manager-2011/

There it's $30 and because I live in Norway that makes it very cheap (about 180 NOK compared to the normal 400-500). Do you know about any better?

By the way, would there a problem for me if I order from that site seeing as how I live in Norway?

I'm looking for a place to buy it online. I don't bother having to use the CD every time. Just one question; with Steam, do you have to be online to play it? I've heard several people complain about Steam earlier.

You can start steam in "offline mode" and play it I think.. Not 100% sure though.

Amazon was slow for me. Pre-ordered well in advance, and only got delivered yesterday. And I live in Glasgow, not exactly difficult to deliver to.
