how much do i have to pay for balotelli in 2015

can someone please ell me how much i will have to pay for balotelli
the cheapist i can get him for is 147000000 but he´s only worth 16000000
and also is there any hints on how to pay i,e monthly or lump sum
i heard a guy bought him for 30000000
i am playing pc version and my team is aston villa,
i keep comenting on him and he´s happy but inter won´t sell him
any help would be great

i did it at sumemr transfer hes value drop to 9m on my game then the wanted 20m so iw as happy on that
