Ok, to answer your question, he's worth the price although he's usually cheaper, around 30 to 35 Mill at the beginning of the game. You can offer 35 plus bonuses for goals scored, they'll probably take it.

However, if that fails, try Giuseppe Rossi of Villareal, he's an AMC/ST, left footed. I've re-trained him as AML and AMR and he's class, very high creativity, passing and finishing. Will not be your top goal scorer, but he will have the most assists in your team and he's cheaper than Hulk, starts the game aged 24, so still a lot of playing time on him.

He is, but not like RVP or Robben. One injury a season for about a month I'd say, which is not too bad.
