Dear all,

I play 4-4-2 with real wingers on AML/AMR positions on my Sunderland save.

Philosophy is fluid, strategy is control.

I paly a fast, creative and a direct game with high zonal defense.

I score a lot obviously but I concede too. I bought in Adler but I guess most of my goals are due to a poor set up.

I have a ballwinner in MC position, a ball playing CB (Wilson, a sottish wonder-kid), a limited defender (Otamendi), backed up by Shawcross. All very solid defenders.
But they often mis crucial interceptions?

They are flanked by Bale/Mattlock on the left and Renan/Aurier on the right. All in FB position but playing with I wing-back roles and automatic duties

Often my RB/LB are getting skinned. How can I imporve that? Lowering marking? Putting tightmarking to never? Takling easy only?

I tried all, but it doesn't seem to help? How can I built up quite solid defense in an offensive system with these lads?

A solid defense needs full backs in defensive roles. Yours are basically playing as wingers at the moment.

I was going to say close your legs. XD

But, just do what Jake said.

If you don't want to get skinned. Put tackling to hard to ensure you win more tackles. This way however you will concede more free kicks and pick up more yellow and red cards.

Tight Marking and Closing Down set as Never. The defender should stand off and shepherd the winger

Play an anchorman:defence, and a ball-winning midfielder. This should allow your FB's more attacking freedom.
