How reliable is Genie Scout?

Hi guys, im just wondering if u use genie scout a lot or just to spot promising youngsters o whatever... ?? I find it hard to trust on genie, because every week or two (game time) player's ratings keep changing and genie says that 'X' player is the best in the world while there are others with better stats ... Also, potential stats of players change every time i take a look at them .. I dont know, maybe its my scout .. opinions please? sorry for my bad english, im argentinian

Genie scout is definitely good if you want a players CA and PA - but, it can be off on how good they actually are in-game (which is why sometimes you will notice that your own scout will rate a player much lower than they are by Genie).

Also - in-game scouts rate all players relative to the best player currently in your team in that position(s).
