how can i offload a player like terry who is determined to stay and fight for a place when i have better replacement with lesser salary?
i really need him gone but he wont talk to any club. what cani do>? anybody has similar issues?

You could use the FM Real Time editor and move him to another club manually.

Football Manager Real Time Editor,or commonly shortened to FMRTE is a program in which edits your game on Football Manager accordingly to the time of your save.Hence why it's called so.

It's used to continually change things such as sack managers,edit contracts and names,but also look at potential players you may have in your sqaud,particularly regens.I personally have never used/never will use FMRTE because of a number of reasons.
