How the **** do you install something from the workshop?!?

So I've subscribed to the Gibraltar league in the workshop, gone to start new game but it's not there?? What am I missing?

On the game set up screen click on the database drop down in top right corner. This will give you the option to add editor files to the new game, the Gib league should appear there. To use make sure it is ticked, if you don't want to use untick. Then create game as normal. If the file isn't showing try unsubscribing then resubscribe from in the game.
