How to achieve 2 relegations to & 4 promotions from the lower league?

I wanna set a competition, the team number of which should increase 2 per year, from 14 to 20 (14 --> 16 --> 18 --> 20, then reach the limit). And I'd prefer the way of 2 relegations & 4 promotions in a Season.
However if I run tests in the editor after set as that, it will show me an error which says the number of relegations and promotions isn't equal. And I cannot run my patch as I wish.
So is there a way to make the number of relegations and promotions distincts?

You can use the advanced panel to make 4 copies of the competition (one for each season with the min/max number of teams changing).

Don't think it can be done in the basic editor.
