How to activate "disabled" teams..?

Sorry if this is the wrong section to post in!

I want to start up a save using INF clairefontaine (Frances' famed academy) or RGUOR Minsk but they're not in a league and all their players are greyed out.. Is there any way I can add them into the game? Or has anyone done a DB including either of them?

Use the editor to move them to the lowest active league, or check steam for a lower league database for france
