How to activate the lower leagues

Hi there,

Im looking to do a database, but I want to know what is the very lowest league that there is on the game and also what is the very lowest playable league (England only).

The only information I can currently find out is about what is the lowest playable before using data editor.

Hope someone can help.

The lowest playable league in England is BSN/BSS - Level 6.

The editor enables you to add Level 8 without any changes being necessary.
