How to add attributes to skin

Does anyone know a simple solution to edit the skin, so it has the attributes graph/polygon? Like this: http://media.pcgamer.com/files/2011/07/fmrooney.png

Some skins don't have them and I'm really used to it being there, so any help is appreciated!

Go into the skins panel folder and delete the player profile personal details.xml and it should return it to the normal layout with polygon
