how to add chairman?

How do u add your own chairman?
i have gone on to preferences > extra files and the add_my_chairman box is ticked but i dont know what to do from there

i hope to add myself into the game as a chairman so that he takes over his favourite club (the team that i will be managing and i will get lots of money)?

erm...

just use the editor and change the chairman into yourself

I don't think it's any different except the folder would be fm11 not fm10
