How to add more league/change database size/playable league in FM2011

hi everyone,

i want to know how to add more playable league in FM2011...
i guess i was to excited to play i just click okay all the way without realizing that i pick up
US and mexico league...
of course the EPL is there...i've been managing liverpool up to 2014 season...
and have the youngest squad in the league + the best coaches...
just that i want to explore brazilian and argentina league...

anyone can help me with this.....???

It's not possible. You'll have to start a new game if you want to manage different leagues

so if i start a new game..can i load up my saved game?
or i need to start fresh...
