How To Add Point Deductions?

This is a silly question but how do i add point deductions to teams in the pre game editor?

Its in the advanced nation rules.

I tried that mate but i dont get the advanced rules tab displayed anywhere for some mad reason :/

All i want to do is use the latest database update and add a 15 point deduction to Barcelona as i am starting a story on here with them but have a good twist to use to make it more intresting could somebody possibly create this for me so i can get my story up and running on here and trust me, it will be good New tactic comming soon also !!

You need to add nation rules first. Pick Spain, then the 'covert to advanced rules' then it will be active, giving you the drop down above.
