how to become manager of u21

any1 know how u can pick to manager u21 all i can c is the national team
 
Its happened to me once and i was offered the job while managing in the lower leagues.It happened just after England changed there manager.Harry Redknapp was brought in who i had built a good relationship with over the years,so maybe that helps too.
 
yea but is there a way u can pick it at the start
 
i'm pretty sure that you can only manage the u21's if u also manage the first team... But if u wan't to manage the u21's, you have to go to team settings (or what it's called in the english version... i play in danish) and choose: ie. manage England u21...
 
When you create manager, go on nationalities then click on U21 on the left.. and then take control.
 
i remember something when i started off as unemployed at the start of the season and when i went for a national job and then when it came back it offered me the U21 job at San Marino but that has ever only happened once in all my time playing this game

Exactly. For example if you want to be manager of England U21's then click on England, then go on the U21's and click Take Control. Easy ;).
 
yea but do i have to manage the national team aswell
 
i didnt even know u could manage a U21 side, just thought it was part of your setup if u are international manager of a senior side. Quality
 
So if you become a manager of a national side can you pick who is the under 21 manager

ireland or argentina or spain but i still dont know how to do it.is the only way u can manage u21 wen ur the national team manager aswell
