How to change contract clauses???

Hi Guys,

Im in a save with Southampton and have a clause in my contract saying "sign players from Chairmans country" I have serveral discussions with them trying to remove it but i never know what to put to get it took off? Can someone help me because they keep saying they're dissapointed with the lack of signings from Italy??
