Is it possible to change my reserve and/or under 18 manager without terminating their contract? I know if I terminate their contract it gives me the option to select a different coach for the job but I want to change the managers without doing this.

I actually think in fm13 they should make it more specific for reserve and youth team managers not just coach or youth team coach. In real life everyone seems to have a development coach now.
