How to Change Skins

Hey guys, I have downloaded two skins for FM 15 and placed them in the right folders but whenever I go to change them ingame it just shows the default FM15 skin. What am I doing wrong?

have you unpacked them? ie there not still a rar file? are they appearing in the drop down?

What version database are you on?

They are not .rar files they were extracted into the skins folder in FM15 and I am using the new 15.3 update.
