How to convert misses into goals ?

I am birmingham and i have 3 strikers ( Zig, jerome and hugo rodellaga) i player with one target man and i have found my self in a position where we play great football but can't convert and even other managers have said so . Is there anything i can do to make chances goals ?

put yre strikers on extra compsure training

I reduce my strikers through balls and crosses to rarely so there more inclined to shoot on goal than do anything else, how about get better strikers with higher composure/ bravery would make difference as well.
