How To Create A Kit Or Skin FM10, Programs Needed!

I am interested in making a new kit or skin for fm10, can anyone give me pointers and reccommended programs to use? Thankyouu

For a kit, Photoshop definately. Not sure about skins, however.

Any version of photoshop mate. I suggest sticking to kits though to start with as skins are extremely difficult to make, apart from the graphics of skins there is also 'code' writing whereas kits are just graphics.
