how to create a new player in the game?

hi,
i need to create a new player, i need him to be 20 and to become one of the top players in the world.
i tiied to change a low level player and gave him abillety 130 and potansial 185 and i edeted his mentak tnd tech and all, but he was'nt as good as i wanted, the mental and tech wasent as good and he only got 2.5 stars from top scout (19) and genie syaid he wont have ever what i wanted.
so help me pls.
