how to create a working custom league with custom teams

I want to make a league with teams of my local league. I want it to be a standalone league with no promotion/relegation, with possibly qualification to the champions league. How do I make this with the rules using the editor?

Add Competition, too add the league to which ever nation. the its case of building teams and players bit by bit, you caan find some decent instruction vids on youtue, due to no manual.

Once you get a bit into it, (trial and error mainly) its a bit simple but time consuming.
