As I have downloaded the 11.3 patch, I am determined to develop Liverpool's greatest talents :- Suso, Jack Robinson, Conor Coady, and Conor Thomas but don't know how. For me who really like buying lots of players, it is really hard to play them even in 1 match as their stats not good enough. It is easier to develop Wilson, Shelvey and Kelly as they are good enough to be a back up player for the 1st team players.

So how can I do this?I'm really scared to let them go on loan coz based on my previous experience, the player usually got long-term injury.

Im playing suso just now as a CAM got his creativity up to 17, in my first season aswell :) 8 games 2 goals and 7 assists :P havent played robinson - hes out on loan, as is coady and thomas

coady aint got that good PA.. i think he should be higher tbh

No it shouldn't.
SI, will have had experts to find out the CA/PA of the young players, they'll have watched him for months.

For a player who hasn't played in the first team, let alone hasn't made in even onto the bench I don't think and has played his football in the reserves, which is not exactly filled with 'top class players' how can you really judge?

So your saying that scouts that work for SI always get CA and PA right?

They're actually fans of the game, fans of the team, and unpaid, so calling them experts is a bit OTT ;)

He's been on the bench a couple of times. I'd concur his PA is lower than it should be considering Suso on the new patch.

To be fair to the Coady, he is captain of England under 19s so he can't be too bad now can he? In any case, I had him tutored by Gerrard in a previous save and was giving him game time, he was turning into a decent premier league centre mid before I got bored and quit the save.
Robinson can turn out to a very good level too but needs a bit of work getting his speed up.

You have all the links given to you there - the one Sam gave you is the one I swear by. Look into creating your own personal training schedules as well for anyone that you think has got what it takes. Shelvey and Wilson just 'make it' whatever you do to them.

Near enough. The system they have is very accurate and there is a few premier league teams that use it. But I'm sure they know more then anyone on here.

was hoping to get a more specific answer..

Thanks guys, I'll finish reading all that..........hopefully

1 thing I'm really curious about, the thread considerations when sending player out on loan, the training facilities. I'm Liverpool, so obviously almost every clubs who wishes to loan these youngsters will have worst training facilitis than mine. Does this mean I should not loan these players?

To be honest they didn't even get positions right for some players here in Argentina, let alone PPMs, CA, PA...

they dont have the same lever of researchers in argentina.

the guy has a whole country to do, Liverpool has one guy wh is solely dedicated, and hes one of the best of out of all the researchers. Considering he has seen FAR more of the players right down to youth, and knows the actualy guidelines on balancing PA's, think people should be less critical of the researchers, unless they can actually back up why there should be a raise (not aimed at you, but some people are far too quick too judge when they arent even aware of all the factors)

That's no surprise, but my point was that they can be wrong.

I would like to know who does the research over here, I promise I won't shoot him!

When your a fan of the player, its very easy to see him as being world class without the game time to back up your opinion (we have all though one of our players was being under ratted at some point over the FM/CM series)

Being unbiased is a tough skill in itself, I don't envy these people SI send to scout,

they can be, of course, but not enough people give them the due credit. I would take their opinion over anyone on this site

this is the guy: http://community.sigames.com/member.php/155169-keyzerFAQ

and the thread: http://community.sigames.com/showthread.php/229899-Argentina-(Official)-Data-Issues

he is good, but there is so much work, if you watch a lot of games i suggest you get in touch about research for fm12 :)

Boo, he's a fan of Boca!

I could try and contact them, though, considering I tend to watch most matches I can.
