how to develop player's attributes?

i manage juventus an have bought fetfatzidis from olympiakos.he is a very talented 19-20 year old and promising player.i dont know hot to develop his attributes.i thought that i could set his workload to maximum, but i am not so sure about it.need help

No don't overwork him - just make sure you give him plenty of first team experience. Whether that be by being a substitute, or by being sent on loan.

how do i know that if i sent him on loan he would be in firts team

usually the team will say the predicted role your player will be at, when they make a bid.

Normally they will say when they make a loan offer whether they want him as backup or as a first team regular.
