I want some help!

My team is Tottenham, how you know, but I will sell some of my players to gain money(in 9.3 Patch, Tottenham doesn't have money).
I sold Bent(12M), Pavlyucenko(30M), Gilberto(11M) and dos Santos(Loan) to Man City for some nice money.
I don't know what positions to strighten, please tell me!
And second, how to make my team's morale higher?
Third, how to gel my team faster?

wel team gelling and morale are outr the window for a while as you have had a massive squad upheaval. so current players will fear that they are next and new players will take time to settle in. how did you get 30mill for pav??? as for players im not sure my friend, maybe wingers???

dont know tottenhams squad off top of my head.

not being rude but tottenham alwasy seem to way 'OVER' spend for very average players.. eg - cenko, david bentley, gomez, palacios and corluka

only player that is not average is keane and modric..but modric he deserves to be at a way better club than spurs tbh..

Man City wanted Pavlyucenko and they enquired about my player. His estimate valuation was 17.25M.
I say in that Enquiry that I want 24M, they accepted and launch the bid.
I rejected and negotiated at 27M. They wanted and I rejected again.
I grow up the price at 30M, they accepted, I accepted too and he goes to Man City.
Now, please, tell me what players to buy, I launched a bid for Chamackh from Bordeaux and Iaquinta from Juventus. Are this players good for my team?
What players I should buy? What positions to strighten?

are you on an older patch? i know of being able to ask for rediculous fees from rich clubs who were interested on 9.2.0. but thats gone on 9.3.0

as for players srna is a great buy but noone can tell you who to buy and hwo will be good. thats the beauty of FM, its up to you!! besides it all depends on how you like to manage. it would be no good me reccomending a small speedy striker if you like to play long balls into a target man for him to hold it up. i could reel off literally dozens of great players but it all depends on you
