How to find out about player`s unhappiness ?

Hello,

I `ve got Thiago as a first team player who is unhappy for weeks and I cannot find out why. I checked the private chat opportunities but there is neither no way to find out about his mood.

Okay, he is placed in reserves from time to time because of tactical deliberations. Lately he played 4 good games in a row - and he was unhappy all the way through even with the matches won high.

Any suggestions to cheer him up ?

and on the right hand side it wil;l say happiness
