I'm Portsmouth and I need to keep all of my players as there are minimal amounts anyway! So i'm just wondering how to get them out of the negative wage budget to get new players to add depth and strength to my team! Thanks for your help! :)

people who have 2 years or more contract try and get them down 500 down in wage
i do it with all my clubs and out of about 20 people 10 will accept and that will put your wage down by 5k
then getting rid of staff members can help aswell like multiply phyiso's
and also if you get the chance when a new contract is offer to you work for nothing

sell fringe players and win stuff is usually best bet in my opinion, first season will most likely be tough, but if you can get a decent run inleague and cups should put you in a decent position for the second season

Aaaah, thanks guys! I don't really have any fringe players due to my lack of players though!

also loan out asmany youth players as possible 50-200 a week get 15 away and thats a few more saved

honestly though, the best way is to get as much of a league and cup run as possible to generate the most prize money, also try and get yourself a parent team, as that will generate some revenue, plus the possibility of some loan players without having to pay their wages.

also, surely you have some **** players in your reserve squad who arent going to ever endanger your first team positions, just offloading them for as little as possible will help you out

I do but they're all worth about 20k :/

also another tip would be to offer bonuses like if you have a defender offer the top scoring bonus you can and add highest loyalty bonus and you can knock the wage down a bit that might help i have done this on my newcastle save and got players wages reduced

Aaah, thanks man :-)

20k is better in your bank then havinga useless player sat in your reserves, taking about 2k a week minimum
