how to get assistant controlling friendlies

can u still do this? i know on previous versions there has been the option, but i cant seem to find it

do what is say if you want *** man to control friendlies.

clcik the manager dropdown then clik the tab with your teams. then clik team settings and tick the box that says assistant manager takes control of friendlies.
