How to get board to buy a player ?

how do you get ther board to buy a player for your team?
i have seen posts where people have said that 'the board will buy 1 star player for me' etc

If you bid for a player number of times and are rejected, you should get an option 'ask board'. You still have to convince them to buy the player though and sometime you're rejected.

You dont need even need to have bids rejected. When you go to make an offer for a player, then in the top right hand corner of the offer screen, there is an option to "interact with board" You click that and tell them to buy you the player.

If you have absolutely no money in the bank though, that option will not appear.

Managed to sign Mario Balotelli for FC Porto in my 3rd Season. He was on the transfer list at 7million and asked the board and as soon as they accept they will sign the player no matter what. I was nearly at my wage budget but they still offered Balotelli £150,000 a week which ended up killing my finances lol.

My board signed Christian Benitez for me and then my game crashed. Tried again an they rejected it .

I managed to get JM Mata (as Arsenal) for £31m with the board's permission, fairly happy, outstanding player. Then you get ****** deals, like on my Espanyol save, I had £750k in the bank. Wanted to get a single play for half a million quid and they wouldn't let me.

Tried it for fun once, so loaded up a Man City game and viola! They got Torres for me for about £75 million.
