How to get my players morale up!!

Praise players for their form, also give them games in reserves to try build up their form & morale?.
I'm new to FM and can't seem to get them up! I can't win either :C

Try and have a team meeting. Sometimes when the team is in a bad spell of games, you can have a team meeting where you can try and tell them to keep their heads high and all that. A succesful team meeting can uppen the teams overall morale by quite.
Also, try and have some individual talks to some of the players who are playing worse. I'm thinking about like Cazorla who, from your screenshot, seems to be doing ****, and basically all players with a "Last 5 games"-rating of less than 6.90. Tell them, that if they don't improve, then you'll mov them to the reserves. Usually works wonders for me. Of course, the individual talks have to be done throughout the season, to keep the different players performing at an acceptable level. Also praise players whenever they're doing great and such.
