I have been playing a 4-2-3-1 for the first 2 seasons with Hazard on the left as a winger (a), Oscar in the CAM as a Treq. and Mata on right as IF (s). They played ok, but nothing special (Hazard best). The start of this season I've been playing the same but with Mata on the left as a winger and he's been brilliant assisting and scoring. But the Treq (Oscar) and right winger (Hazard) can't average over 7.

I exploit the flanks and play wider which suggests why the wingers do slightly better than the treq. but how can i get the best out of them all?

I don't want to move Mata as he is going mental but Hazard on the right and especially Oscar in the middle are just average.

Don't worry about Hazard as he's just been ruled out for the rest of the season!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hazard and oscar on wings IF-Attack put them to shoot more and more direct passes and Mata is AMC role as AP-S more direct passing hold up ball

It's what I did with my Chelski save and it worked great

look at Mirallas from Everton (Im Everton) hes on right IF-Attack shoot more often and more direct passes and 20 games in 10 games 8 assists 8.01 average he had a 9.9rating at Old Trafford and a 9,01 at Man ******
