Hello everyone, i was just wandering if anyone could help me and give me some advice. I often get lots of youth players with lots of potential, e.g. In my Wolves save (end of first season) i've signed Tom Cariney (from Hull). And i'm worried i wont get the best from him.

I'd like to know how you lot get the best from your youth and young players, should i put him in a special training schedule, or loan him out for first team football? Please help me because i'm not used to using the training or that. Thanks in advance! :)

Edit: I also have Connor Wickham and Leigh Griffiths and Danny Da Costa who show great potential! :)

There are plenty of threads etc. on this.

1 - Obvious, but often disregarded. Play the player in his NATURAL position, with the right duties. What is the point of playing Fabregas as a DMC Anchor Man?

2 - Give them sustained game time. Players will build up form and get used to the system when they play.

3 - Right Training Schedule. A creative player doesn't need high defensive training and so on...
