anyone has experienced this?
My team is CR Flamengo, from brazil. The stadium is the famous Maracana, which is not owned by the club. On the game the stadium rent is of 60% the gate receipt (whitch doesnt bother me too much even though thats not how it actually works), and there are other teams which also used the stadium such as Fluminense and Vasco (both paying same rent). I see Maracana is making alot of money here (lol) but dont realy the pitch which is in a poor condition.
When i ask the board to relay it, they say it cant be done due to no owning it ! Wat can be done apart from waiting and hoping or editing and starting over?
What is the role of the non-football staff ?? Ive edited once and made them very good. the only difference i could tell was that they created alot of those fan-day matches with different promotions. anything else?
