How To improve a players finishing?

I am the manager of Fenerbahce in FM 2011(not updated) and I bought Neymar from Santos. He is a great player except for his finishing. He gets 3-4 great opportunitys per game but he rearly converts them into goals. His finishing is 13 and Im trying to improve it but I have been insuccesfull so far. Fenerbahce has good training facilitys and youth academy so no problam there. I have signed him up for individual finishing training and his scheduled training is the basic Attack + Intense shooting yet its almost been a full season and he shows no sign of improvement. So basicly:

How can I improve his finishing???
 
in my arsenal save, i use him more as a LW, due to fact of his high creativity, he get good numbers of assit, and just recently, in the year 2019, he won the world player of the year. ;)

his finish is still average, and misses sitters. LOL

go to his training tab,and train his individual focus to finishing.

Yeah he gets a lot of assist in my game too, I looked at my coaching staff and they seem to suck so Im making a lot of staff changes hope that helps.

I play 4-4-2 Diamond so I dont have wingers and that system just seem to fit the players but thanks anyway.
 
Also where you edit his training schedule to intense, try adjusting the coaches' schedule, you may have a brilliant coach, but if he has to coach more than one section his ratings will decrease for each. Having more coaches means that they can specialize and coach one section each.
 
I find composure matters almost as much if not more than actual finishing. That's why Lukaku is so **** good from the very first season. Problem with Neymar is his ego makes it very hard to sign him as any less than a key player = he has to learn all his mental attributes himself.

I guess teach him a load of finishing preferred moves, and put him on a training with maxed out shooting,tech, and tactical.
 
I've never used him as a striker, I hardly sign him anymore tbh I find he wants a little too much for what I get out of him ;)
 
Also try him out in different roles (e.g. poacher) and see how he performs in each position. Also agree with the 2 posts above.
