Hi, I'm playing a journeyman career right now. I started from Indonesia (my home country) and currently managing Melbourne Victory of Australia and have successfully won Asian Champions League.
When I first started, I decided I want to play with no coaching badges or past playing experience thus making all of my manager attributes only 1.
Right now I'm learning for continental pro badges and have increased some of my attributes to 8.
My question is, how do you improve manager attributes quickly? Does your league reputation has anything to do with it? And do they affect the way your team play?
