how to improve on near perfection?

i support arsenal, so always start a save with them on the new fm when it comes out. well, just finished my first 3 seasons, and cannot believe what i have achieved. in 3 seasons i have won

2 premierships
2 f.a cups
2 league cups
2 community shields
2 super cups
2 world club championships
3 european cups!

i know its not arsenal anymore, but its my way and it works! and in my 3rd season, i only lost 3 games in all comps.

thing is, where do i go from here?!

move on and go and do the same with a different club

Turn your club into a youth academy. what i mean is, get rid of the useless players in your youth squad and bring in young players with potential and develop them. then after a few years, you can keep the ones you want and sell the others then start all over.
i am currently doing this on my save and it is alot of fun.
Always remember to send your scouts out to find young players especially regens.

Try the same thing but with not buying players over 48 months (it looks like you have done this considering how much each of your players cost.)
