How to Increase Italy Non EU limit?

Hey all, I was wondering how I could increase the italian limits on signing non euros.

I know I have to go into add rules or something like that, but I don't wish to change anything except for the transfer rules to make the game more fun for myself.

You might be able to do it with FMRTE, but I'm not sure. Otherwise the only way is to change the nation rules.

But is there anyway to maintain the current rules, but modify other parts?

Not that I know of. The editor is a bit stupid that way.

Another thing you could try is change every country so that it is part of the EU... But I'm not sure if that would work.

I think I'll just work on the Italian rules

I want to play as Venezia on their island stadium and 20 attraction city, but the italian rules really turn me (not to mention really hurts their competitiveness)
