How to increase staff wage budget

I have increased my wage budget but the staff wage stays the same. Is there a way to increase this? A few good coaches want to join my altrincham team, but my budget isn't sufficient....

I assume the only way would be to get rid of some of the staff to free up some cash.

i assume that can be increased if your remaining budget is not low or your finances has been increasingly healthy. Anyone did some research on this?

When negotiating with a coach, adjust your budget using the bottom right option Budget Adjustment: move all of your transfer money(assuming you have some transfer money) to your wage budget and then press backspace to return to the contract offer. You will find the maximum allowed wage has increased. Hope it helps you
