Has anyone found a way to make the life of a player so miserable to force him to leave your club, allowing you to offload the heavy wage budget ,tell us all about it...I'm really curious to know if it is possible or a lost cause...

If he or the board is not willing, and you force it to happen, that may spoil your squad harmony, as well as **** off the board. Maybe try keeping him in reserves, or not playing him. He'll probably ask for a transfer request, at which time you can let him go.

Passive aggressive...I like it...How long do you figure it will take to break his resistance?

If he's a key player, not too much. Also depends on how much football he's expecting to get. For e.g, I didn't play Rooney for around games, and he was already complaining about how he may look at other options if he doesn't get football. It varies, depending on the age, player status and player personality.

Thanks...I suspected that it would cause problem at squad harmony...That's why I went to the captain to try to work it out with him...So I put him in reserves and crossing my fingers he would get tired of my face pretty soon...Or I would just assassinate him...Oops tha's a different game (6)

Just curious, who is that player?
He is a young promising player who plays as Inside forward by the name of Josh Griffiths that now won't fit with my tactics...There is nothing wrong with him except I really need to offload him since I am beyond my limit of wage budget and he is the most suitable player to offload...He is signed for two years ,that's why my board is blocking it...It cost too much to release him...I could try to teach him a new role if it come to that...He is young after all...

what about sending him out on loan? you might not need him now but next season or something you might need him.

that's what I do when I cant sell anyone but don't want pay the wages I just put them on loan

I'll put him on a loan, what the **** ,you never know....It's another option to deal with him...There are few possibilities here so why not adding another one...

Your board is blocking the release, not the transfer. It's because the board will have to pay his remaining wages anyway, so they'd rather keep him. Just transfer list him,no?

Of course I have done that...The problem is the compensation fee...He has one comfy contract and doesn't want to mutually agree to terminate his contract which would save about 40 % of his future salaries...When I try to release him the board is blocking it since they have to pay him salaries for 2 years...And the worst part is ,he gets the highest salary...So I put him on a transfer but no interest in him...If anyting would happen with him I will update here...For now I'm teaching him a role which he has a little knowledge and hope someone will offer him contract since I don't ask any money for the transfer...

I managed to send him on loan for 3 months with his salary fully paid...And not only that, there was a clause ...Prefered position Right Midfield monthly fee 0....Right Midfield was the new postion I was trying to teach him...So I guess that if they employ him as right midfield I would pay them if it wasn't 0 on the contract...
