how to make a re-gen db

hi all sorry if this has already been mentioned but i want to know how to make a db where the re-gens are better because the re-gens that i see are in 1 word **** so could anyone tell me how to such a db in the editor thanks

I'd suggest improving the training and youth facilities for every club in the league you're in be it on the game editor or by using FMRTE on your current save

That mate, is impossible. You can only make good regen DB with FMRTE ( make wonderkind )
