How To Make a Stig

Hi ive looked everywhere but i cant find somewhere which tells me how to make a sig, could someone tell me how or what kind of software to use it would be much appreciated as i would like to start trying to make them.

Do you have Photoshop? If you do I suggest following some tutorials to help get you started. Pick one from here http://sportgfx.com/signature-tutorials-115/ I suggest a beginner one to start of with.
